Selexi was founded in 1999 with the goal of becoming a benchmark in the field of recruitment, specialising in the use of multiple-choice tests to ensure objective and transparent evaluation processes.

Nowadays Selexi is leader in the management of competitions proceedings, organising thousands of public competitions for public administrations and admission tests for the degree programmes of the most prestigious Italian universities. Overall more than 3 million candidates have attended our selection processes: this great number is a clear sign of our ability to manage complex projects with a skillful and professional approach.

Our team

Our team, made up of a qualified group of professionals, operates in the Milan and Rome offices, offering advanced skills in content writing, organisational process management and data analysis. Our technological solutions

We own state-of-the-art software for the computerised administration of selection, assessment and orientation tests. This innovative tool allows each step of the process to be managed efficiently and safely, adapting to the needs of companies, public bodies and candidates.

In recent years, we have developed a global network of test centers, which allows us to provide remote testing anywhere in the world. This network guarantees a safe, accessible and internationally standardised experience, offering candidates the opportunity to participate in selections without geographical constraints.

In 2015, to strengthen our leading position in computer-based testing, we designed and built the biggest Test Center in Europe, with 300 computer stations. This Center, accredited for the release of IT and professional certifications, represents a benchmark for innovation and excellence in the field of digital selection, confirming our commitment to providing advanced technological solutions for selection and assessment processes.
