Who Can Report
The following parties are eligible to make a report:
- Employees and former employees;
- Collaborators, consultants, and freelancers;
- Suppliers, subcontractors, and their employees;
- Interns, volunteers, and candidates in selection;
- Shareholders and members with administrative, management, or control functions.
Persons connected to the whistleblower through a stable work or personal relationship are also protected, as provided by current legislation.
What to Report
Reports can be made regarding:
- Violations of national or European Union laws;
- Unlawful or fraudulent conduct;
- Acts contrary to company regulations or codes of ethics;
- Conduct harmful to the public interest or the integrity of the organization;
- Offenses relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Reports driven by personal interest (e.g., individual employment disputes, commercial complaints) do not fall under this procedure.

Whistleblower Protections
Whistleblowers are guaranteed:
- Confidentiality of their identity;
- Protection from retaliation (e.g., dismissal, demotion, intimidation);
- No civil, criminal, or administrative liability within the limits of the law, even in cases of violating confidentiality obligations.

Management of the Report
Reports are handled by an external and independent figure, fully compliant with the law and guarantees for all parties involved.
The procedure includes:
- Receipt and registration
- Preliminary evaluation
- Investigation and fact-finding
- Outcome and communication to the whistleblower
The whistleblower will receive feedback within 3 months of the report’s receipt.
What Not to Report
The whistleblowing process does not cover:
- Complaints driven by personal interests;
- Commercial requests or generic complaints;
- Unfounded or bad-faith reports, which may result in liability.
